Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HoldLess services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

HoldLess provides AI-powered task execution services. We act as your digital assistant to complete administrative tasks on your behalf, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment scheduling and cancellation
  • Form submissions and applications
  • Customer service interactions
  • Document requests and processing

2. User Responsibilities

By using HoldLess, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for task execution
  • Only authorize tasks you have the legal right to perform
  • Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Review and approve sensitive actions when requested (HITL checkpoints)
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Credential Handling

When you provide login credentials for third-party services, you authorize HoldLess to:

  • Store credentials securely in encrypted vaults
  • Use credentials solely for authorized task execution
  • Delete credentials immediately after task completion

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any credentials you provide.

4. Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)

Certain actions require your explicit approval before execution:

  • Financial transactions above configurable thresholds
  • Legal document submissions
  • Account modifications
  • Any action the system flags as high-risk

You must respond to HITL requests within the specified timeframe, or the task will be paused or cancelled.

5. Proof Packs and Audit Trails

For every completed task, we provide a Proof Pack containing:

  • Timestamped screenshots of key actions
  • Confirmation numbers and receipts
  • Complete action logs

These records are your evidence of task completion and are retained according to our data retention policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, HoldLess cannot guarantee:

  • 100% success rate for all tasks (third-party systems may fail)
  • Specific outcomes from third-party services
  • Availability of third-party systems

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific task in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Pricing and Payment

HoldLess operates on a pay-per-task or subscription model. Pricing is displayed before task submission. By confirming a task, you authorize payment according to the displayed price.

8. Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A task fails due to our error
  • You cancel before execution begins
  • The service was unavailable during your task window

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of task completion.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, and we will remove your data according to our privacy policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
