Origin
Why we started
The idea for HoldLess came from a simple frustration: spending three hours trying to cancel a gym membership that should have taken three minutes. The IVR loops, the hold times, the "we'll call you back" promises that never materialized.
We realized that AI assistants could tell us how to cancel, but none of them could actually do it. The execution gap was obvious once you saw it—and we knew it was solvable.
HoldLess exists to close that gap. Not with advice or suggestions, but with verified completion. We believe everyone deserves to reclaim the hours lost to administrative friction.
